Timeless modernity are the watchwords for this iconic new development, a collaboration between the studio and Italian architect Marco Mangili of MMA Projects. The interiors exude luxury in a gracefully understated way. Softness and fluidity are brought by a multitude of gentle, curved forms. The subtle palette is dominated by neutral tones, paired with a dedication to craftsmanship. The project is also steeped in art, with both the residences and public spaces enlivened by striking works in different media (sculpture, painting, photography and bas-relief), curated by Amélie Maison d’Art. The amenities include a hushed coffee lounge, a media centre with dining area, a treatment room, and a 12-seater cinema. The furniture is a mix of bespoke creations produced by Poltrona Frau and items from the Italian brand’s in-house collection. The light fixtures were designed by the studio and crafted by Alain Ellouz Paris.
