For an office building located on a square set back from the street, the studio created a coffee lounge, gym and treatment room stretching over two floors, managed by MMSport; a firm that adopts a quality-focused approach, whether it be in the products it proposes in the café or in its selection of personal trainers. Vertical lines not only structure the space but also nod to the anamorphic works by artist Felice Varini in the courtyard outside. The atmosphere is calm and intimate, with plush corduroy and felt fabrics, and a dark green palette that references nature. A striking gesture was added to the weight room in the form of a triangular, perforated sheet metal shelving unit designed to hold barbells.
