A timeless design that originated from a private commission. The client requested a very specific hue, providing a small precious stone as a reference. The lava stone top aims to replicate the gem’s depth, nuances and milkiness with subtle gradations that transition from darker tones on the perimeter to lighter ones in the middle. The polished brass base with a ring at its centre adds an added dose of sophistication.
